In an ideal scenario, the best time to book a new-build inspection is as soon as you’ve moved into the property. Even if you’ve already moved in, it’s not too late. Your developer must fix all issues, faults and snags reported within the first two years.
In some cases, we may be able to complete the survey before the completion of the sale, before you take possession of the property. If there are any major issues, you can report these to the developer immediately.
