Snagging Inspection Survey Booking

- Step 1: Provide your requested information on online booking form and click “Next Step”.
Step 2: Select the area your property located in, Select the number of bedrooms property got and then select the desired date and time for the inspection.
Step 3: Fill your personal details and click “ Confirm Booking”.
Step 4: Click preferred payment method and click “Proceed”.
That’s it your booking is complete and confirmed now. - You can pay full amount in advance by clicking on “Square” or choose “Pay Later”. If Pay Later option selected then please pay your invoice latest 48 hours before the inspection time to keep your booking active. A reminder will be sent out to pay your pending invoice 48 hours before inspection. Any booking cancellation request should be made latest 24 hours before the inspection, otherwise the fee is non-refundable.
- The inspection time of a newly built property varies. 2 hours is an estimate, it can take less or more depending on your property’s finish quality and size.
- We will inspect all aspects of your property internally and externally, including garage, outhouse, driveway, balcony, etc.
- Once the inspection is completed, our surveyor will prepare a PDF report containing pictures, pinpointing the snag on the picture and the written explanation of each snag we have found at your property. We will email the report to you the next day latest 10 pm.
- Once you receive the report, you need to hand it to your developer, and by law, they are obliged to fix all out-of-tolerance range snags.
- Your developer must fix any issues or snags in your property up to 2 years after purchase. On the other hand, you have a 10-year new-build property structural insurance as well.
