Snagging Inspection Survey Booking

Great! You are just one step away from Discovering  Hidden Flaws, and Protecting  Your Investment:

Use our booking system located below to schedule your preferred inspection area, date and time.

Our Booking Process

  • Select your area, select house/apartment, select suitable day/time in the availability calendar, fill the form with your details and click on confirm booking.
  • After ” Confirm Booking” you will be diverted to our payment page. Here you can pay either full payment or only £100 deposit fee. If you need to cancel the booking, please let us know latest 48 hours prior inspection time, otherwise £100 deposit fee is non refundable. Balance payment must be paid latest on the inspection day. Snagging report will not be issued until the full inspection fee received.

  • The inspection time of a newly built property varies. 2 hours is an estimate, it can take less or more depending on your property’s finish quality and size.
  • We will inspect all aspects of your property internally and externally, including garage, outhouse, driveway, balcony, etc.
  • Once the inspection is completed, our surveyor will prepare a PDF report containing pictures, pinpointing the snag on the picture and the written explanation of each snag we have found at your property. We will email the report to you the next day latest 10 pm.
  • Once you receive the report, you need to hand it to your developer, and by law, they are obliged to fix all out-of-tolerance range snags.
  • Your developer must fix any issues or snags in your property up to 2 years after purchase. On the other hand, you have a 10-year new-build property structural insurance as well.
  • If you require any further information, please WhatsApp chat with us on 07538 969954 or 0203 092 9597.
  • No REFUND will be allowed if upon arrival our surveyor finds out that property is unfinished and due to that he can not carry out the inspection. We strongly advise you that in order to prevent this, make sure your property is fully finished, cleaned and in a ‘ready to move in’ state on the inspection day.
