With two separate visits, we inspect your property at two important stages of your home buying journey: before legal completion, and again after completion once your developer has rectified the defects identified during the initial PCI.
Even after your developer has addressed the PCI defects, other issues may remain or become apparent once the property is fully completed. Two inspections let us find defects early, check previously reported remedial work and carry out a more detailed inspection afterwards.
