Our Premium Snagging Survey goes significantly beyond a standard Pre-Completion Inspection, providing a more detailed assessment of your new build property’s condition, workmanship and overall build quality.
It can be carried out before or after legal completion, provided the property is fully completed, cleaned and ready to move into. It is also suitable for homeowners who have already moved in. The Premium survey includes all applicable checks covered under our PCI, together with additional specialist inspections designed to identify defects that may not be apparent during a standard visual inspection.
